On the edge of Evansville state park, at 133 Level Road, Collegeville PA 19426 is the District Court of Collegeville, a part of the Court System of Montgomery County.  The presiding magistrate at this district court is the Hon. Benjamin Crahalla.

Numbered #38-1-20, this court is one of the 30 magisterial courts within Montgomery County and the 38th Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Available by phone at (610) 409-2515, it is open Monday through Friday. It is also available by fax at (610) 409-2517.

This court not only holds jurisdiction over Collegeville and the surrounding borough, but also the voting district of Oaks and the Borough of Trappe. Due to Ursinus College being located within the borough, it the most common cases heard by this court are traffic offenses and misdemeanors caused by or involving students.

Montgomery County, in addition to the 30 magistrates also employs 23 full time judges and a senior presiding judge for the Court of Common Pleas, the Hon. William T. Nicholas.

The Court of Common Pleas, as well as the Offices of the District Attorney, Public Defender and Clerk of Courts is all located in the Montgomery County Courthouse. The address of the courthouse is 2 East Airy Street, Norristown PA 19401.
