The County Court of Common Pleas is also found in Norristown, at 2 East Airy Street. Besides being the seat of the court for the County, it is also the home of 23 full-time justices and the senior judge of the court, the Hon. William T. Nicholas.
The Montgomery County court system is part of the 38th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. It has 30 sub-unit district courts which make up its jurisdiction.
