Tax Jurisdictions: Radnor Township (3.7511 mills), Delaware County (5.304 mills), and Radnor School District (21.1439 mills)
Real Estate Tax: Real Estate Taxes are to be paid by all property owners in Radnor Township, whether the land is vacant, residential, or commercial. The township’s Board of School Directors decides the real estate tax. The County Tax is decided by the Delaware County Council.
Tax Payment: The Real Estate tax is set in December, with bills mailed out on the first of February. Bills submitted prior to March 31st are eligible for a 2% discount. Bills returned June 1 or later will be obligated to pay an additional 10% fee.
